Embodiment 1

[0008] Example 1: Dry and crush the wheat husks, mix the crushed wheat husks with potassium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 1:4 (Kg / Kg), react them at 400°C for 0.5 hours, and activate the reaction at 800°C After 1 hour, the solid was filtered, washed, and dried to obtain a porous carbon material. The prepared 0.02g porous carbon is mixed with 20mL malachite green solution of 500mg / L at room temperature, the pH value is adjusted to 6.5, and the adsorption measurement is carried out under the conditions of adsorption time of 200 minutes, and the adsorption amount of malachite green obtained is 453mg / L. g.

Embodiment 2

[0009] Example 2: The activation temperature was changed to 850° C., and the other conditions were the same as in Example 1. The prepared porous carbon had an adsorption capacity of 419 mg / g for malachite green.

Embodiment 3

[0010] Embodiment 3: changing wheat husk and potassium hydroxide are mixed by mass ratio 1: 3 (Kg / Kg), and other conditions are the same as embodiment 1, and the prepared porous carbon is 407mg / g to malachite green adsorption.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a porous carbon material for adsorbing malachite green in wastewater and particularly relates to a method for preparing the porous carbon material for efficiently adsorbing the malachite green in the wastewater. In the method, wheat husks are taken as raw materials and activation treatment is adopted under certain conditions. The preparation method comprises the specific steps: firstly, drying and crushing the wheat husks, and sufficiently mixing the crushed wheat husks with an activating reagent at a certain mass ratio; and after carrying out the activation treatment under the certain conditions, filtering, washing and drying solids to obtain the porous carbon material. The prepared porous carbon material has the performance of efficiently adsorbing the malachite green. The method has a simple process and the porous carbon material has a good adsorption effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a porous carbon material for absorbing malachite green in wastewater, in particular to a method for preparing porous carbon by chemical activation using wheat husks as a raw material, and using the porous carbon as an adsorbent to remove malachite green in dye wastewater new method. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the continuous acceleration of industrialization, the problem of environmental pollution has become more and more serious. In the textile printing and dyeing industry, the discharge of dye wastewater is increasing year by year. Dye wastewater has high chroma, complex composition, high toxicity, and toxic substances are easy to accumulate in the environment. Entering water bodies will bring great threats to aquatic organisms and even affect human health. Malachite green is a synthetic toxic trityl compound, which is both a dye and a fungicide, and is widely used as a food c...
