Embodiment

[0024] Seed collection and processing:

[0025] a. Collected from plump and healthy seeds of Caryopteris mongholica, after natural drying, soak in NaClO solution for 15 minutes, rinse with sterile water, soak the seeds for 24 hours, put them into a sterilized Petri dish with double-layer filter paper, and carry out deal with;

[0026] Germination and inoculation:

[0027] b. Put the sterilized seeds of C. mongolica Caryopteris mongholica in step a into an artificial climate chamber for cultivation. The climate chamber is set at a daytime temperature of 25° C. for 14 hours, and at night at 14° C. for 10 hours. Wait until Caryopteris mongholica After the seeds germinate, grow to 1-2cm for later use;

[0028]C, select 6 groups of nutrient bowls of 10cm * 15cm in the field test site, every group of 15 nutrient bowls, then each nutrient bowl in 6 groups of nutrient bowls is spread 10cm thick sandy soil (soil data) after conventional method sterilization See Table 1, Table 2), an...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for promoting growth of mongolian bluebeard by inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. The method comprises the steps of seed collecting processing, germinating and inoculating, growth condition observing and infection determining. Experimental results show that glomus mosseae and glomus etunicatum are inoculated to the mongolian bluebeard separately, and several of important growth indexes such as the average plant height, the average growth rate, the clump width and the leaf number of mongolian bluebeard plants are apparently higher than those of two non-inoculated control groups and other four AM fungus treatment groups; meanwhile, the glomus mosseae and the glomus etunicatum have the high infection rate and infection intensity on the mongolian bluebeard, and therefore the significant promoting action on the growth of the mongolian bluebeard inoculated with the glomus mosseae and the glomus etunicatum is achieved. It is also expected that the significant promoting action on the growth of the mongolian bluebeard is achieved when the glomus mosseae and the glomus etunicatum are simultaneously inoculated on the mongolian bluebeard.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi to promote the growth of Caryopteris mongholica. Background technique [0002] Mycorrhizae (Mycorrhizae) are a common plant symbiosis phenomenon in nature, and arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM fungi) are the most widely distributed and most closely related to agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry. More than 90% of the vascular plants on the earth can form arbuscular mycorrhizae. The reconstruction of vegetation in arid areas is very closely related to arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM fungi), and some plants must rely on mycorrhizal communities to survive or complete their life cycle; how much and when plant roots and fungal communities benefit are related to AM fungal communities Generally speaking, the rapid growth period of plants is related to the high level of fungal communities; arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM fungi) play an important role in the ecosystem of arid regions, and they...
