Abstract

The method comprises the steps of pretreatment, smashing, centrifugation, suction filtration, vacuum freeze drying, nuclear magnetism spectrum collection and data analysis and identification. The method specifically comprises the following steps: performing Fourier transformation on all one-dimensional 1H-NMR spectrum data of a sample to be identified to obtain a spectrogram, then performing signal assignment, phase adjustment, base line correction, calibration and integration, and performing multi-variable data analysis on the normalized NMR data by using SIMCA-P+ software; performing main component analysis on the NMR data, performing orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis on the NMR data, and taking the automatically normalized NMR data as an X variable and grouping information as a Y variable. PCA analysis results of the NMR data of extracts of the porphyra haitanensis in different harvesting periods are obviously different, and nori harvested in the previous period and nori harvested in the middle period are mainly distinguished in PC2; however, nori harvested in the later period is mainly different from the nori harvested in the previous period and the nori harvested in the middle period in PC1.
