A transmitting coil contains a plurality of layers of spiral planar coils that are successively arranged from inside to outside in a concentrical mode; and an electromagnetic shielding radiation layer covers the spiral planar coils. A magnetic core is arranged at the center of the spiral planar coil at the innermost layer, wherein the shape of the magnetic core is identical with that of the spiral planar coil. The spiral planar coils at the adjacent layers are formed by winding of insulating leads at an opposite direction. The front ends of all spiral planar coils are connected and the tail ends of all spiral planar coils are connected.
