[0040] Attached below figure 1 ~ attached Figure 11 The design of a variable pitch interdigital adjacent capacitive sensor is further explained.

[0041] Based on the adjacent capacitance edge effect, a variable-pitch interdigitated adjacent capacitance sensor is designed to evaluate the dielectric properties of the thickness gradient structure.

[0042] A variable pitch interdigital adjacent capacitive sensor, its structure is as follows figure 1 As shown, it includes excitation electrode 1, induction electrode 2, substrate 3, shielding layer 4, and lead connector 5; The back of the substrate 3 ; the lead connector 5 is welded on the back of the substrate 3 .

[0043] The excitation electrode 1 and the induction electrode 2 are made of 0.1mm thick high-conductivity copper foil, the width of the excitation electrode 1 and the induction electrode 2 are 40mm, and the total length is 38mm; the excitation electrode 1 and the induction electrode 2 each include three an interdi...

Abstract

The invention provides a variable-interval interdigitated adjacent capacitive sensor, which is used for detecting dielectric properties of variable-thickness high polymer materials, and belongs to the field of nondestructive detection. The variable-interval interdigitated adjacent capacitive sensor is mainly composed of an excitation electrode, a sensing electrode, a substrate, a shielding layer, lead wire joints and the like. The excitation electrode and the sensing electrode are characterized by each comprising a plurality of interdigitated units, independent optimization design is carried out on width and intervals of each interdigitated unit that forms the interdigitated sensor electrodes according to a thickness variation rule of a structure to be detected, that is, the width of the electrodes is as large as possible on the premise of ensuring penetration depth, thus maximum signal intensity and detection sensitivity can be obtained. Compared with the traditional equal-interval interdigitated adjacent capacitive sensor, the variable-interval interdigitated adjacent capacitive sensor enlarges the effective electrode area, and enhances signal intensity and detection sensitivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a novel adjacent capacitance sensor, in particular to a variable pitch interdigital adjacent capacitance sensor, which is used for detecting the dielectric properties of polymer materials with variable thickness, and belongs to the field of non-destructive detection. Background technique [0002] Polymer materials are widely used in various industrial fields due to their light weight, strong plasticity, high strength, and corrosion resistance, such as municipal water supply pipe networks, basic support components of various instrument panels / panels, and external insulation materials for power systems, etc. . During long-term use, these polymer materials are prone to aging and failure due to the combined effects of external factors such as heat, light, oxygen, and water. Taking the composite insulator of the power system as an example, the outer insulating part is made of a typical high-molecular material such as high-temperatu...
