The preparation method comprises the steps of 1, pouring the water into a container, and starting stirring; 2, adding the dispersing agents and part of the defoaming agents, conducting stirring, then adding the kaolin, the titanium dioxide and the quartz powder, and then conducting dispersion for about 30 minutes; 3, after the mixture is dispersed uniformly, adding the 2-amino-2-methyl-1- propyl alcohol, the propylene glycol and the remaining defoaming agents, and conducting dispersion till the mixture gets uniform and no particle exists; 4, adding the emulsion, and conducing dispersion for about 30 minutes.
