Abstract

The invention discloses a method for smearing lithium nitrite mortar on the surface of reinforced concrete to resist rust. The method is characterized by comprising: firstly finding out a rusty part; polishing a concrete structure of the rusty part by 5-10 mm; then wetting a polishing face by using a lithium nitrite saturated aqueous solution, wherein a water film is formed on the polishing face; and finally, smearing the lithium nitrite mortar on the polishing face and after the lithium nitrite mortar is finally set and hardened, watering the concrete to maintain the concrete. The method has the advantages that the method is simple and convenient to operate and effective and can accelerate the seepage velocity of a lithium nitrite solution in the concrete, so that the lithium nitrite mortar is suitable for being used as a penetrating rust inhibitor which is smeared on the surface of the reinforced concrete structure. Moreover, according to the method, before smearing, 5-10 mm of the concrete structure in the rusty part is polished by using a polishing machine, so that space is provided for smearing the lithium nitrite mortar and the nitrite ions permeate into the concrete structure more easily, and the requirement on the depth of penetration of the nitrite ions is further reduced. The method is particularly suitable for repairing the concrete structure which is not suitable to be smeared by using the rust inhibitor solution as a crack is oversized if the concrete structure is cracked.
