Abstract

The invention discloses a cement additive which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-4 parts of methyl acrylate, 0.5-2.5 parts of emulsion polymerized butadiene styrene rubber, 0.5-1 part of sodium silicate or sodium metasilicate, 0.5-1 part of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 1-1.5 parts of nano silicon dioxide and 1-2.5 parts of an initiator. Polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylate form a copolymer by adopting a free radical polymerization method, and advantages of polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylate which are matched with emulsion polymerized butadiene styrene rubber, sodium silicate or sodium metasilicate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate and nano silicon dioxide are fully utilized to prepare a copolymer cement waterproof additive suitable for waterproof cement. The production cost of raw materials used by the additive disclosed by the invention is lower than that of a marketed waterproof emulsion at present, and the cost is further lowered in quantity production. The cement additive disclosed by the invention has a relatively strong price advantage.
