The present invention discloses a dairy cow ketosis preventing and treating feed which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: buckwheat 70-80 parts, corn starch 20-30 parts, urea 3-4 parts, osmanthus fragrans flower powder 10-15 parts, orange leaves 30-35 parts, brewer's grains 6-9 parts, fresh bamboo leaves 20-25 parts, dendrobium officinale flowers 2-3 parts, vaccaria segetalis seeds 1-2 parts, hippophae rhamnoides seed meal 10-14 parts, and an appropriate amount of yeast molasses, vitamin C preparations, and water. The buckwheat and the osmanthus fragrans flowers are mixed and baked to enable the daily cow feed to have an obvious grain baking fragrance, and the addition of vitamin C during boiling can prevent oxidation of materials and improve the yield of flavonoids in the buckwheat. The corn starch and the urea are mixed to enable the urea to be released slowly and evenly.
