The compound halophilous-microorganism bacterium agent at least comprises two of halophilic bacteria, halophilic archaea, salt-resistant bacteria, salt-resistant archaea, halophilic fungi and salt-resistant fungi, wherein the types and the quantity of the halophilous microorganisms are at least 10, and the halophilous microorganisms at least comprise one type of uncultured microorganisms.
