Abstract

The above structure is realized through using a multilayer low-temperature co-fired ceramic technology. The duplexer possesses the advantages that debugging is easy; the weight is light; the size is small; reliability is high; electrical performance is good; temperature stability is good; electrical property batch consistency is good; cost is low; mass production can be achieved and so on. The duplexer is suitable for occasions of communication of a corresponding microwave frequency band, satellite communication and the like and a corresponding system, wherein there are strict requirements to the size, the electrical performance, the temperature stability and the reliability in the occasions.
