Abstract

The invention relates to a UHF and SHF waveband miniature duplexer. The duplexer comprises a three-port isolation circuit and two microwave filters with different frequency bands. Each microwave filter comprises an output port, a parallel resonant unit and a resonance unit, wherein a 50 ohm impedance is mounted on a surface of the output port; the parallel resonant unit is realized through connecting total inductance capacitors in parallel and the resonance unit is formed by a pectinate line. The above structure is realized through using a multilayer low-temperature co-fired ceramic technology. The duplexer possesses the advantages that debugging is easy; the weight is light; the size is small; reliability is high; electrical performance is good; temperature stability is good; electrical property batch consistency is good; cost is low; mass production can be achieved and so on. The duplexer is suitable for occasions of communication of a corresponding microwave frequency band, satellite communication and the like and a corresponding system, wherein there are strict requirements to the size, the electrical performance, the temperature stability and the reliability in the occasions.
