The extrusion processing system comprises a main extrusion machine, a cooling device and a wire-rewinding machine, wherein an extrusion mold sleeve and extrusion wheels are installed in the main extrusion machine; a mold core is installed in the extrusion mold sleeve; the extrusion wheels are arranged on the outer side of an entry end of an aluminum rod of the extrusion mold sleeve; the cooling device comprises a cooling water channel and a water tank; and the cooling water and the water tank are connected through a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, so that a loop-locked cooling water loop is formed.
