Each two zones are separated by a stainless steel plate and the stainless steel plates are communicated at intervals from top to bottom. The bottom of the anaerobic tank is provided with a water inlet. The top of the sedimentation tank is provided with a water outlet. An aeration head is arranged in the aerobic tank and is connected to an air pump. A guide plate and a mud guard are arranged in the secondary sedimentation tank. A sludge outlet of the secondary sedimentation tank is connected to a sludge flowing direction inlet of the aerobic tank by a sludge reflux pump.
