Embodiment Construction

[0017] 1. Preparation of traditional Chinese medicine compound

[0018] Take 400g of Chinese medicine Tianjihuang, 400g of Radix Paeoniae Alba, 180g of Radix Glycyrrhizae, 20g of Panax notoginseng, add 15 times the mass of water, decoct quickly to boiling with strong fire, change to slow fire and maintain boiling for 40 minutes, and collect the decoction; Add 15 times the quality of water, decoct as above, repeat 2 times, collect the decoction, filter the decoction with 4 layers of gauze, and concentrate to 1000mL, after standing overnight, take the supernatant, subpackage, and circulate steam to sterilize , and store in a cool place after cooling.

[0019] 2. Therapeutic effect and liver injury protection effect of Chinese medicine extract on DHV-1 challenged infected ducks

[0020] 180 3-day-old non-immune Cherry Valley ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups, 60 birds in each group, which were blank control group (BC group, fed alone), no treatment control group (VC grou...

Abstract

The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine compound resisting duck and rabbit viral liver damage, belonging to the technical field of preparation of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines. The traditional Chinese medicine compound resisting the duck and rabbit viral liver damage is prepared by the following steps of combining herba hyperici japonica, white paeony root, pseudo-ginseng and liquorice according to a certain ratio; adding water in an amount which is 15 times the mass of the mixture; repeatedly decocting for three times; concentrating the decoction solution; and subpackaging and sterilizing. An artificial infection method discovers that after the compound is applied, the death rate of ducks suffering from viral hepatitis and the death rate of rabbits suffering from viral hemorrhagic disease are respectively reduced by 22.2% and 30% compared with those of the non-treatment control groups, the course of diseases is shortened by 1 to 2 days, the content of viruses in the animals after counteraction to toxic substances is obviously reduced, and the change of duck and rabbit liver damage biochemical indexes and oxidative stress injury caused by virus attack are effectively reduced. The traditional Chinese medicine compound has a good treatment effect on duck viral hepatitis and rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease, effectively reduces duck and rabbit liver damage caused by infection of the two viruses, and is simple in component and preparation process and low in cost.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine compound for resisting duck and rabbit viral liver injury, and belongs to the technical field of Chinese veterinary medicine preparation. 2. Background technology [0002] Duck virus hepatitis (DVH) is a disease caused by duck hepatitis virus (DHV) infection that spreads rapidly, has a high morbidity rate and is highly fatal. The virus was first isolated in 1949 and is now distributed worldwide. DHV mainly has three serotypes, DHV-1 and its mutant strains, Duck Astrovirus and DHV-3, among which DHV-1 is the most toxic and widely distributed, and mainly infects ducklings under 3 weeks old, with a fatality rate higher than 80%, even up to 100%, is one of the main pathogens that seriously endanger the duck industry. Rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHD) is an acute, severe and highly contagious infectious disease caused by rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV), commonly known as "rabbit plagu...
