The concrete water proofing agent has extremely high active substance content, moderate viscosity and extremely low surface tension, and thus has strong permeability and capability of closing micro-pores and micro-cracks on the surface and in the concrete; after the water-proofing agent is sprayed to the surface of the concrete, the tensile strength and the water proofing performance of the concrete can be obviously improved; meanwhile the water proofing agent has self-repairing performance and secondary impermeability by using the catalyst.
