Embodiment Construction

[0019] The invention discloses a method for simultaneous quantitative analysis of water and oil in oily sludge by low-field nuclear magnetic resonance. The specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0020] 1) Calibration curve establishment: Take a series of deionized water of different masses (0.2685g, 0.6102g, 0.9982g, 1.3801g and 1.9417g) and crude oil of different qualities as standard samples (0.5342g, 1.3130g and 1.5802g) for low-field NMR measurements, a series of transverse relaxation times T 2 curves, such as figure 1 and figure 2 shown. According to the obtained transverse relaxation time T 2 The curves are integrated separately to obtain the integral area, and a linear fitting is used to obtain the fitted straight line y=kx+c, which is the calibration curve, respectively: moisture calibration curve y=1.097×10 -4 x+0.035, linear correlation coefficient R 2 =0.999; oil calibration curve y=1.491×10 -4 x-0.044, linear correlation coefficient R 2 =0.998. Abstract

The invention relates to a method for simultaneously quantitatively analyzing water and oil in oily sludge through low-field NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance). The method comprises steps as follows: deionized water and crude oil are taken as standard samples to perform low-field NMR measurement, and calibration curves of water and oil are established; a to-be-measured sample which is uniformly stirred is divided into two parts and put in containers respectively, a reagent capable of realizing signal partition of oil and water is added to one part, and the mixture is uniformly stirred to form a sample a; the other part keeps unchanged and is taken as a sample b; the two samples are subjected to low-field NMR measurement to obtain an echo attenuation curve, and transverse relaxation time T2 curves of the two samples are obtained through inversion with a joint iterative correction algorithm; the transverse relaxation time T2 curves of the two samples are subjected to area integration and calculation to obtain integral areas of a water peak and an oil peak, and the calibration curves of water and oil are substituted to calculate water content and oil content of the to-be-measured sample b. The method can be suitable for measurement of content of water and oil in various kinds of oily sludge, and the measurement result is high in accuracy and good in repeatability and consumes short time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nuclear magnetic resonance quantitative analysis technology, in particular to a method for simultaneous quantitative analysis of water and oil in oily sludge by low-field nuclear magnetic resonance. Background technique [0002] During the extraction, transportation, storage and refining of crude oil, due to natural or human factors, a large amount of by-products composed of water, oil and solid particles will be produced, which is called oily sludge. According to different sources, generally its water content is 30-85%, oil content is 15-50%, and solid content is 5-46%. Among them, water mainly exists in the form of stable water-in-oil emulsion. Due to the high content of petroleum hydrocarbons and heavy metals in oily sludge, it is a hazardous waste, so it needs to be treated innocuously; at the same time, due to the high content of petroleum hydrocarbons, different methods can be used to recover the crude oil . In order...
