The rotary driving device is mounted on the lifting device at the lower side; and the lifting device drives the rotary driving device and the front-back righting arms and the left-right righting arms to perform the vertical lifting action. A driving gear is arranged at the output shaft end of the rotary driving device; and two front-back righting arms are provided, and each front-back righting arm is engaged with the driving gear through a driven gear arranged on one end. Double-piston rod hydraulic cylinders are mounted on the front-back righting arms; and the two ends of each hydraulic cylinder is connected with two left-right righting arms through extension rods to drive the left-right righting arms to horizontally extend.
