Abstract

The invention discloses a method for performing color-difference evaluation on cigarette outside wrapping paper. The method comprises the following steps: cutting wrapping paper needing to be evaluated into round pieces, downwards tiling one side with colors to the bottom of a sample cup, arranging the sample cup in a spectral acquisition area of a Nicolet ANTARIS Near-IR Analyzer near-infrared spectrometer, and processing the acquired spectrum by using TQ Analyst 9.0 data processing software; and calculating the color similarity of two samples, when the similarity n is more than or equal to 95 percent, judging that color difference is avoided; when n is more than or equal to 90 percent and less than 95 percent, judging that slight color difference exists; and when n is less than 90 percent, judging that obvious color difference exists. The method disclosed by the invention is simple and feasible, the calculation result is accurate, and the error problem during slight color difference analysis exceeding the calculation range of the conventional colorimeter tolerance formula can be effectively solved.
