Abstract

The invention relates to highly dispersed high-stability insoluble sulfur and a preparation method thereof. The highly dispersed high-stability insoluble sulfur is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of insoluble sulfur powder, 0.5-2.0 parts of shielding blocking agent, 0.5-1.0 part of antistatic agent, 0.05-0.2 part of light stabilizer and 0.2-0.6 part of dispersant; the shielding blocking agent is fumed silica; the antistatic agent is a fatty acid alkanolamide type surfactant; the light stabilizer is a salicylate; and the dispersant is polyethylene glycol. According to the method, the insoluble sulfur is mixed with the shielding blocking agent, the antistatic agent, the light stabilizer and the dispersant are mixed together, and the two mixtures are mixed and stirred, dried in vacuum and then filled with oil. According to the highly dispersed high-stability insoluble sulfur and the preparation method thereof, the dispersibility and the stability of the insoluble sulfur are improved and are relatively high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a highly dispersed and highly stable insoluble sulfur and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of rubber product processing. Background technique [0002] Insoluble sulfur (abbreviated as IS) refers to polymerized sulfur insoluble in carbon disulfide, which is a thermoplastic linear polymer homopolymer. Insoluble sulfur has obvious chemical inertness and physical inertness. It is not easy to migrate when used in rubber vulcanization, so It can increase the viscosity of vulcanized rubber, prevent blooming, reduce scorching and prolong the shelf life of glue. At present, the latest technology for the production of insoluble sulfur in the world is the continuous one-step gasification process. With this process, the "three high" indicators of insoluble sulfur have been basically realized, namely high content, high dispersion and high thermal stability. However, due to the high content of insoluble sulfur,...
