Problems solved by technology

However, except for large companies such as Google, IMB, Alibaba, etc., which specifically apply Hadoop to their own enterprise commercial software platforms, the application of Hadoop in other fields is quite scarce.
Especially for the medical and health field closely related to people's livelihood, the specific application of Hadoop big data processing technology is still in its infancy
Although there are some theoretical studies, there is a lack of specific application implementation, and no one uses the Hadoop big data processing platform to provide users with specific health services
[0004] To sum up the above two points, massive health data cannot be effectively processed and applied, and there is no specific implementation of big data processing technology for the field of health services

Embodiment Construction

[0031] The invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0032] Such as figure 1 Shown, the present invention provides a kind of user health data analysis method based on Hadoop, and this method comprises the steps:

[0033] Step 1: After receiving the big data processing request, the user health service program calls the Hadoop platform and starts the MapReduce programming framework to perform distributed processing on the collected big data.

[0034] Step 2: The MapReduce program obtains the stored massive health data and the resources required for the task (input division, configuration information, jar package, etc.) from HDFS. Then perform local calculation, that is, execute the map task in the block where the data is located.

[0035] Step 3: After the output data of the map is shuffled, the intermediate results of the map are assigned to different reduce tasks according to different keys, and the final results out...

Abstract

The invention discloses a Hadoop-based user health data analysis method and system. The system comprises a personal basic health information management module, a personal body measurement data management module, a statistic analysis module, a data mining module and a distributed type storage module. A Hadoop platform is introduced on a service logic layer to process and analyze big data, an interface for HBase operation is provided on a data access layer, and efficient and persistent storage of data is achieved through HBase. When the health big data are processed, a correlation analysis data mining mode is mainly adopted, and the improved MapReduce-based Apriori algorithm is used. The Hadoop distributed processing platform is introduced on the service logic layer, and the processing speed of the health data is greatly improved. Correlation analysis is carried out through the MapReduce-based Apriori algorithm, and health advices and early warning can be provided for users in time. On the aspect of data storage, the HBase is adopted and suitable for the characteristics of diversification and rarefaction of the health data, the space needed by data storage is greatly reduced, and persistent storage of the big data is facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of distributed processing and data mining of big data, in particular to a Hadoop-based user health data analysis method and system. technical background [0002] Since entering the 21st century, various undertakings in our country have developed rapidly, whether in industry, agriculture, science and technology, have achieved world-renowned achievements, and people's living standards have continued to improve. However, in the context of such a great development, the long-standing problems in the medical and health field have not been well resolved, but have become more serious. In particular, there are specific application bottlenecks in the effective processing of massive health data generated by it and the provision of good services to users for diverse health information. For such a large amount of data, it is often impossible to store it efficiently and for a long time, let alone effectively process and dig out us...
