The preparation method comprises the following steps: subjecting 60 to 70 parts of the polybutylene terephthalate, 10 to 20 parts of the glass beads, 10 to 30 parts of the glass fibers, 0.2 to 0.5 part of the lubricant, 0.5 to 0.8 part of the antioxidant and 0.5 to 0.9 part of the coupling agent to uniform mixing at a high speed via a high-speed mixer; then pouring the mixed materials into a screw extruder; and carrying out stranding pelletizing via the screw extruder so as to obtain the lightweight denoising polybutylene terephthalate material.
