Embodiment 1

[0039] How to make printed radio frequency antenna labels:

[0040] 1) Prepare aluminum silver paste, metal silver paste, metal aluminum paste, n-propanol (C 3 h 7 OH) with a ratio of 1:5:4, disperse and stir on a disperser to obtain aluminum silver paste;

[0041] 2) Prepare RF antenna ink: mix the prepared aluminum silver paste with acrylate resin (C84H148O26N4), crosslinking agent (dicumyl hydroperoxide C12H18O2) in a container at a ratio of 4.5:3.5:2 and disperse Disperse and stir evenly on the machine to obtain radio frequency antenna ink;

[0042] 3) Design the shape of the radio frequency antenna: design the antenna shape that is suitable for collecting energy according to the frequency band of the required chip;

[0043] 4) Plate making (using method A or B):

[0044] A. Gravure making: Arrange the designed RF antenna graphics in an orderly manner according to the typesetting diagram; use gravure printing, use electronic engraving or laser corrosion to make gravure...

Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing method of a wireless radio frequency antenna label for printing. The method comprises the steps of 1) preparing aluminum pastes; 2) preparing radio frequency antenna ink; 3) deigning the shape of the radio frequency antenna; 4) platemaking; 5) printing; 6) inverting a chip; 7) testing the reading and writing, so as to finish the manufacturing of the wireless radio frequency antenna label. According to the method, the radio antenna material takes aluminum as the major and includes less than 15% of silver, so that the cost is relatively small; the printing mode is adopted, thus the production is fast, and the cost is low; the wireless radio frequency antenna label can be directly printed on a package; the technology is applied to all plants with printers, and therefore an extra labeling machine for labeling is saved; the method is suitable for wide popularization and application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a method for printing radio frequency antennas and printing radio frequency labels in packaging and printing production. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the rise of the "Internet of Things" concept and technology in the world, all walks of life have begun to realize that the information management of commercial products from manufacturing to logistics, sales, and circulation will be the future development trend. Radio frequency technology, as the medium of information management of the Internet of Things, as the carrier and interface of information, will play a fast and accurate role in the acquisition and processing of various information, so this technology has developed rapidly. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology regards the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries such as the Internet of Things as the focus of regulati...
