Semi preparation type high performance liquid chromatography is used for separating and purifying, the mobile phase is methanol-water, and four components with high purity can be prepared and are identified to be 3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid, pinobanksin, caffeic acid benzyl ester and caffeic acid phenethyl ester respectively.
