The system comprises sensing monitoring hardware systems, a central guide server and mobile client terminals. The sensing monitoring hardware systems are distributed in lanes of vehicle washing shops and used for automatically monitoring queuing conditions of the to-be-washed vehicles in the vehicle washing shops. The central guide server is connected with the sensing monitoring hardware systems and used for receiving monitoring data uploaded by the sensing monitoring hardware systems, and the uploaded monitoring data are analyzed and tidied through a central guide software system arranged at the end of the central guide server. The mobile client terminals are connected with the central guide server and used for carrying out intelligent ranking and displaying on real-time monitoring information or guide information transmitted by the central guide server.
