The smoking, drunkenness and call prevention safety driving early warning system comprises a smoke detection device, an alcohol concentration detector, a mobile phone signal detector, an information processing module, a GPRS module and an early warning module, wherein the smoke detection device is used for detecting smoke in environment, the alcohol concentration detector is used for detecting the concentration of alcohol in the environment, the mobile phone signal detector is used for detecting mobile phone signals in the environment, the information processing module is used for processing and analyzing the collected smoke, the collected concentration of alcohol and the mobile phone signals and judging whether a driver has driving behaviors breaking rules and regulations or not according to set parameter threshold values, the GPRS module is used for transmitting the information of the driving behaviors breaking rules and regulations to a data center, the early warning module is used for reminding the driver in a voice mode to achieve early warning when the driver has the driving behaviors breaking rules and regulations.
