Abstract

The invention discloses a multiple composition for oral treatment. The multiple composition comprises 2-25 parts of bioglass and 0.1-10 parts of phosphate of potassium. The bioglass is spherical or ellipsoidal and the granularity is 220-2500 nanometers; the surface layer of bioglass is a mesoporous structure, wherein the mesoporous bore diameter is 6-45 nanometer; the bioglass comprises the components in form of oxides in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of CaO, 30-38 of SiO2, 0.1-1.8 parts of P2O5, 12-18 parts of B2O3, 0.1-0.8 part of CuO, 0-0.7 part of ZnO and 0-4 parts of Na2O, wherein the sum of CuO and ZnO accounts for 0.6-1.5% of the total weight and the ratio of the content of K2O and the sum of CuO and ZnO is (8-30): 1.
