Abstract

The preparation method comprises the steps of electrolyzing an aniline and poly-p-aminophenol mixed solution in an electrolytic tank consisting of a platinum electrode, i.e., synthesizing a layer of polyaniline film on the platinum electrode, and then electrolyzing the poly-p-aminophenol and sulfuric acid mixed solution by adopting the polyaniline decorated electrode as a working electrode to obtain an electrolytic product, namely the polyaniline and poly-p-aminophenol double-layer membrane. According to the preparation method, the polyaniline and poly-p-aminophenol double-layer membrane is synthesized for the first time, the double-layer membrane still can maintain good electrochemical activity in the electrolyte being pH 2.0 to pH 6.0, and has wider application prospect compared with the matrix polyaniline and the poly-p-aminophenol; moreover, the synthesis method is convenient to control and convenient to operate in real production, and an effective way is provided for improving the electrochemical activity of the conductive polymer.
