The method includes the following steps that the pyramidal shaft is detected on a platform, and repairable parts are selected out; parts to be repaired are detected, and bead weld thicknesses of copper layers of oblique platform surfaces are determined; machining thicknesses of the copper layers are determined according to detection results and all the oblique platform surfaces are machined on a machine tool according to the determined machining thicknesses of the copper layers; bead welding is carried out on the oblique platform surfaces according to the determined bead weld thicknesses of the copper layers; overall aging heat treatment is conducted on the pyramidal shaft; the heating speed ranges from 150 DEG C / h to 450 EDG C or so, heat preservation is conducted for four hours, and the pyramidal shaft is then cooled to be at about 200 DEG C along with a furnace and discharged out of the furnace; deformation detection and correction are carried out on the pyramidal shaft; the oblique platform surfaces of the pyramidal shaft are machined according to design dimensions; sector plates are used for match lapping of the oblique platform surfaces of the pyramidal shaft and are marked with pairing marks; the pyramidal shaft is coped, cleared, oiled and packaged for standby application.
