An outer layer is composed of crosslinked sodium hyaluronate being antiblocking, being strong in water binding capacity and being water-permeable and breathable. In addition, the bacterial cellulose is excellent in water binding capacity and the water-permeable and breathable performance and contains internally not conventional circular pores but microchannels in different sizes and large pores so that neutrophil in body can pass through the pores of a repairing net and bacteria being liable to cause infection can be phagocytosed. The three-dimensional patch is beneficial to healing of injury parts without causing infection in the injury parts.
