Abstract

The invention provides a phenylethyl resorcinol-cladded nano-solid lipid carrier. The carrier is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-10 percent of phenylethyl resorcinol, 0.5-5 percent of phospholipid, 2-15 percent of solid lipid, 3-20 percent of liquid lipid, 2-15 percent of solid emulsifier, 5-20 percent of polyol, 0.1-0.8 percent of inorganic salt, 0.01-0.8 percent of preservative and the balance of deionized water. The invention further provides a method for preparing the nano-solid lipid carrier, which comprises the following steps: melting and uniformly dispersing an oil phase consisting of the phenylethyl resorcinol, the phospholipid, the solid lipid, the liquid lipid and the solid emulsifier to obtain an oil phase; heating a water phase consisting of the polyol, the inorganic salt and the deionized water; homogenizing the water phase, adding the oil phase, uniformly mixing, and performing ultrasonic treatment; and stirring and cooling to form the phenylethyl resorcinol-cladded nano-solid lipid carrier. The phenylethyl resorcinol-cladded nano-solid lipid carrier is capable of promoting permeability of phenylethyl resorcinol on skin, and improving the whitening effect.
