The hot-air multi-stage heating sea water desalting device provided by the invention is provided with a hot-air flowing channel and a fresh water flowing-out channel, wherein the hot-air flowing channel is used for heating and evaporating sea water and condensing fresh water in a multi-stage sea water evaporation tank in sequence; the fresh water flowing-out channel is shared with various stages of sea water evaporation tanks; a sea salt discharging valve for discharging solid sea salt is also arranged at the bottom of the first-stage sea water evaporation tank; and evaporation of sea water and condensation of fresh water are realized through condenser pipes of various stages of sea water evaporation tanks.
