Abstract

The invention discloses ion chromatography on-line pretreatment for measuring glyphosate in genetically modified soybean oil. The pretreatment comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing a certain volume of a sample to be measured with water according to a certain ratio, performing ultrasonic extraction, dissolving glyphosate in the sample in water, subsequently removing water-soluble organic matrix on line by using a high performance liquid chromatography reversed-phase column, retaining useless ions by a followed enriching column, after column switching, separating the ions which are eluted by using leacheate in an anion chromatographic column, and detecting by using an inhibition conductivity method. The application of an on-line pretreatment system is significant for removing water-soluble organisms in a genetically modified soybean oil sample and measuring the content of pesticide glyphosate in the soybean oil. Due to adoption of the method, the state that a disposable C18 column is adopted to remove the organism in the conventional pretreatment is changed, labor consumption is reduced, and the sample pretreatment time and the complex operation process are saved.
