Problems solved by technology

In summary, the research on the endophytic fungi of Chinese fir is only carried out on the identification of the root, but the research on the endophytic fungi is not involved in the leaves and stems of Chinese fir.
In addition, there is still a gap in the research on the influence of endophytic fungi on the growth of Chinese fir itself.

Abstract

The invention provides an endophytic fungus (Paecilomycessp.) capable of accelerating phosphorus absorption of cedar and a separation, purification, inoculation, cultivation and application method thereof. The endophytic fungus is (Paecilomycessp.)AJ6 and is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center with the preservation number of CGMCCNO.9186. The endophytic fungus bacterial strain related by the invention is separated and purified from a cedar plant, and is inoculated to a cedar tissue culture seedling, according to comprehensive evaluation of indicators of photosynthesis, the endophytic fungus is further proven to have the effect of accelerating phosphorous absorption of the cedar, functional endophytic fungus beneficial to acceleration of phosphorous absorption of the plant is found, and the functional endophytic fungus can be applied to production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an endophytic fungus (Paecilomyces sp.) capable of promoting the absorption of fir phosphorus, including its isolation, purification, inoculation and culture, and its application method. Background technique [0002] The research on plant endophytes began at the end of the 19th century when Vogl isolated the first endophytes from the seeds of Lolium temulentum L. ryegrass. However, a large number of studies on endophytes in plants began in the 1980s, mainly in vegetation in temperate, subtropical and tropical regions. [0003] The predecessors can isolate endophytes from most plants, so it can be speculated that endophytes are ubiquitous in plants. Endophytes have been found in at least 80 genera and 290 species of grass crops worldwide. At present, the endophytes isolated from plants can be divided into three types according to their unique functions: plant growth-promoting bacteria such as nitrogen-fixing bacteria, potassiu...
