[0003] CN103217393A disclosed a method for detecting adulteration of camellia oil on July 24, 2013, and established a detection model for adulteration of refractive index, iodine value, saponification value and oleic acid content. The method is not suitable for the situation where low-grade oil is mixed with rice bran oil

Embodiment 1

[0032] (1) Chromatographic data acquisition: the vegetable oil to be tested (actually rice bran oil mixed with 24% palm oil) was used to determine the content of fatty acids in the vegetable oil by gas chromatography, and the column chamber was kept at a constant temperature of 220°C. Capillary columns. The normalization method was used to calculate the content (mass percentage) of each fatty acid in the vegetable oil, and the results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0059] (1) Chromatographic data acquisition: the content of fatty acids in the vegetable oil to be tested (actually rice bran oil mixed with 11% rapeseed oil) was determined by gas chromatography, and the temperature of the column chamber was kept at 220°C. Capillary columns. The content (mass percentage) of each fatty acid in vegetable oil was calculated by external standard method, and the results are shown in Table 4.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for qualitatively detecting adulteration grease in vegetable oil by utilizing stoichiometry. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring gas chromatographic data, and distinguishing the type of adulterated grease in the vegetable oil by utilizing judgment analysis and clustering analysis. According to the method, thirteen judgment analysis models are established, the steps for comparing with the standard vegetable oil map and comparing the content of fatty acid are omitted when a to-be-detected sample is detected, and the ratio of fatty acid is directly substituted to distinguish the type of the adulterated grease, so that the palm oil, colza oil, cotton seed oil, soybean oil, tea seed oil and peanut oil adulterated in rice bran oil can be distinguished, and the detection accuracy is more than 96 percent. More than 9 percent of adulterated palm oil, more than 2 percent of adulterated colza oil, more than 5 percent of adulterated cotton seed oil and more than 16 percent of soybean oil in the rice bran oil can be distinguished through the clustering analysis of the palm oil, colza oil, cotton seed oil and soybean oil adulterated in rice bran oil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for quickly detecting adulterated oil in vegetable oil by using a stoichiometric method, in particular to a method for detecting palm oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil and rapeseed oil mixed in rice bran oil. Background technique [0002] Rice bran oil is the oil obtained by pressing or extracting rice bran produced during rice processing. The annual output of rice in the world is about 638 million, rice bran accounts for about 5.2%-7.5% of rice, and the fat content in rice bran is about 16%-22%, so 1kg of rice bran oil needs about 100-150kg of rice. The production of rice bran oil requires high equipment, and rice bran crude oil contains more free fatty acids, which requires high refining requirements, and rice bran is easily oxidized, so the production cost of rice bran oil is relatively high. The price of domestic rice bran oil is much higher than that of palm oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, and soybean oil. Driv...
