specific Embodiment approach 1

[0010] Specific embodiment one: the preparation method of a kind of whitebait muscle stable isotope analysis sample of this embodiment is to carry out according to the following steps:

[0011] 1. Select a whitebait sample with a body length of 5cm to 20cm, cut off the head, tail and fin of the whitebait sample with dissecting scissors, then cut open the abdomen and remove the intestinal tract to obtain the whitebait without secondary bone tissue sample;

[0012] Two, put into the whitebait sample that the secondary bone tissue is removed that step 1 obtains and be to bake 20min in the oven of 90 ℃, obtain semi-cooked whitebait sample;

[0013] Three, adopt tweezers to carry out muscle and vertebrae stripping operation to the semi-cooked whitebait sample that step 2 obtains, obtain the boneless whitebait muscle sample;

[0014] 4. Put the boneless whitebait muscle sample obtained in step 3 into an oven with a temperature of 90°C and bake for 4h to 5h to constant weight to obt...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0016] Specific embodiment two: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is: step one selects the whitebait sample that body length is 8cm. Others are the same as the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0017] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one or two is: step one chooses the whitebait sample that body length is 10cm. Others are the same as those in Embodiment 1 or 2.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for a whitebait muscle stable isotope analysis sample, and aims to solve the problem that whitebait muscle is difficult to extract. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) cutting off the fish head, the fish tail and the fins of a whitebait sample with a pair of dissecting scissors, and splitting the abdomen to take out intestinal tracts; (2) baking the whitebait sample, obtained from the step (1) and in which minor bone tissues are taken out, in a baking oven with the temperature of 90 DEG; (3) stripping the muscle of the half-cooked whitebait sample obtained from the step (2) from vertebra by a pair of tweezers; (4) putting the whitebait muscle sample, obtained from the step (3) and in which bones are taken out, in a baking oven with the temperature of 90 DEG for 4 h-5 h till the weight is constant, putting the oven-dried whitebait muscle sample in a mortar to be ground into powder, filtering the powder with a sample sieve of 80 meshes, removing big particles that aren't ground, and obtaining the whitebait muscle stable isotope analysis sample. According to the invention, the preparation method is used for preparing whitebait muscle stable isotope analysis samples.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a whitebait muscle stable isotope analysis sample. Background technique [0002] When performing fish C and N stable isotope analysis for muscle sample pretreatment, the muscle and fish bones need to be stripped to prevent fish bones from remaining and affecting the measurement results; but for silverfish, due to the small size of silverfish, The ossification is incomplete and the spines are soft, making it difficult to remove the bones from the fish to obtain the muscles. Contents of the invention [0003] The invention aims to solve the problem of difficulty in extracting whitebait muscle, and provides a preparation method for a stable isotope analysis sample of whitebait muscle. [0004] A kind of preparation method of whitebait muscle stable isotope analysis sample of the present invention is to carry out according to the following steps: [0005] 1. Select a whitebait sample with a body length o...
