Abstract

The invention relates to a critically-ill patient real-time monitoring system based on a network. The system specifically comprises a ward guarding module, an information transmitting module and a guarding control module. The ward guarding module mainly comprises a multiple-physiological-parameter collector and a signal receiver; the information transmitting module mainly comprises a signal transmitter, a router, a relay and a processor, and a hybrid sensing network based on the tree form and the star form is formed; the guarding control module mainly comprises a center monitoring computer, a medical care machine, a family member machine and a relay. The multiple-physiological-parameter collector is used for acquiring the vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation degree and body temperature of a patient, and the wireless hybrid sensing network based on the tree form and the star form is used for transmitting the physiological data collected by the multiple-physiological-parameter collector to the center monitoring computer of the guarding control module. The critically-ill patient real-time monitoring system based on the network is simple in design, easy to obtain, convenient to carry, high in extendibility and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the medical field, in particular to a network-based real-time monitoring system for critically ill patients. Background technique [0002] Intensive care unit (ICU) is a special unit that gathers relevant professional knowledge and technology, advanced monitoring and treatment equipment, closely monitors the physiological functions of critically ill patients and provides timely and effective treatment. The monitoring and treatment of critical illness is a clinical discipline emerging in recent years, and it is an inevitable trend of social modernization and medical science development. The monitoring level of the ICU and whether the equipment is advanced have become an important indicator to measure the level of a hospital. The ICU in my country started relatively late in the early 1980s. At present, domestic ICUs are mainly concentrated in a few authoritative hospitals, and the number of patients they can accept is extremely ...
