Abstract

The invention discloses a fireproof flame-retardant paint composition which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of alkyd resin, 10-30 parts of polyurethane paint, 5-15 parts of methyl isobutyl ketone, 5-10 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 3-8 parts of thickener, 5-10 parts of ethanol aether acetate, 1-3 parts of cyclohexanone and 10-15 parts of coal tar. The paint composition is modified by an epoxy resin. The epoxy resin contains the hydroxy group, and the epoxy group and ether group with medium molecular weight above have polarity, so the paint composition has very high adhesive force, optimal alkali resistance, favorable acid resistance, small film-forming contractility (within 1%), favorable stability and favorable insulativity, and thus, is called chemical alloy. After adopting the epoxy resin, the adhesive force of the paint is greatly improved from Grade 3 to Grade 1-2, and the paint film has high corrosion resistance, high impact resistance and high hardness.
