Abstract

The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: taking maize seedlings as a study crop; after the maize seedlings grow for 14d, taking down maize leaves to prepare a crude enzyme liquid; testing the activity of ascorbate peroxidase in the maize leaves, and measuring the content of reduced glutathione in the maize leaves; when the activity of the ascorbate peroxidase and the content of the reduced glutathione change remarkably, determining that the soil is contaminated. When the soil is contaminated, the cadmium concentration is greater than or equal to 0.3 mg / kg. The method is low in cost and simple in operation; responses to low- concentration contaminants are sensitive; the method can be comprehensively applied to soil pollution condition diagnosis and quality evaluation.
