Abstract

The invention discloses a making method of western style pants. The making method comprises the following steps of: 1) mixing 1-2 parts by weight of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium sulfate, 35-40 parts by weight of 1-allyl-3-methyl imidazole chloride salt and 1-2 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose together, and then orderly adding 50-55 parts by weight of 1,2,3,4-cyclopentane tetracarboxylic acid, 4-5 parts by weight of silane coupling agent and 2-3 parts by weight of sodium polyacrylate, stirring for 20-25 minutes to obtain a non-ironing setting agent; 2) performing padding treatment on the fabrics of the western style pants in an impregnation liquid containing 55-60% of non-ironing setting agent, wherein the pressure is 1-2MPa, and the liquid-carrying rate is 75-80%; 3) drying the fabrics; 4) carrying out cutting, pants making, and setting by ironing; and 5) putting the western style pants in a baking setting machine at a constant temperature ranging from 155 to 160 DEG C for 3-4 hours. The western style pants made by the method provided by the invention have excellent wrinkle resistance; the joints of the pants keep stiff and smooth, and the joints on the surface of the pants and at the inner and outer sides of the pants also keep stiff and smooth, and flat; the pants are well set without ironing after being washed and air-dried.
