The spray head comprises a spray head base, a nozzle, a dust-proof turning cover, an automatic inlet flow adjusting device and an outlet flow velocity buffer, wherein the spray head base is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet; the nozzle comprises a plurality of first spraying holes and is connected with the spray head base; the dust-proof turning cover is connected with the nozzle; the automatic inlet flow adjusting device is arranged at one end of the liquid inlet of the spray head base and used for adjusting the flow of a cleaning fluid flowing from the liquid inlet into the spray head base; and the outlet flow velocity buffer is arranged at one end of the liquid outlet of the spray head base and used for buffering the flow velocity of the cleaning fluid, which is adjusted by the automatic inlet flow adjusting device, in the spray head base.
