The method includes steps of enabling 3GPP UE (3rd generation partnership project user equipment) connected with non-3GPP user equipment to initiate an attach request containing a specified APN (access point name) value; establishing a carrying link between the 3GPP UE and a PGW (packet data gateway) after authentication is successfully carried out and transmitting uplink and downlink data of Ethernet data packets of the non-3GPP user equipment via the carrying link.
