The winding method of the primary winding and the secondary winding includes: using a secondary numerical control winding machine for winding the secondary winding on the seamless toroidal core, sleeving the coil bobbin outside an integrity of the secondary winding, the insulating layer, the shielding layer and the epoxy resin mixed adhesive layer, and using a numerical control parallel winding machine for winding the primary winding, which is rectangular or in the shape of a two-level or three-level pagoda, on the coil bobbin. The seamless toroidal core is a hollow cylindrical core which is formed by curly winding of a cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel strip and toroidal in section. By the adoption of the seamless toroidal core and an advanced winding process, size and weight of the core are reduced, and comprehensive performance of the transformer is improved; meanwhile, energy consumption is lowered, materials are saved, the process is simplified, and product quality is improved.
