Problems solved by technology

[0004] In order to solve the existing cardiopulmonary resuscitation method of cardiac arrest caused by long-acting amide local anesthetic poisoning, the use of fat emulsion combined with epinephrine rapidly deteriorates blood oxygen exchange in the lungs, resulting in severe pulmonary hemorrhage and acidosis, which is not conducive to the resuscitation effect

Embodiment Construction

[0013] This subject was approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Wenzhou Medical University. Sixty Sprague-Dawley male rats, weighing 280-300 g, were provided by the Experimental Animal Center of Wenzhou Medical University. Experiments were performed at Wenzhou Medical University, China.

[0014] animal model

[0015] Inject 5% chloral hydrate 350mg / kg intraperitoneally for anesthesia, separate the trachea, connect the animal ventilator, and perform mechanical ventilation with a tidal volume of 8ml / kg, a frequency of 80 times / min, and a respiratory ratio of 3:2. Mechanical ventilation was maintained with pure oxygen containing 1% sevoflurane. The left external jugular vein was opened and catheterized for fat emulsion infusion; the right femoral vein was opened for infusion of bupivacaine and rescue drugs (lipid emulsion, epinephrine, levosimendan); the right femoral artery was cut The tube was opened and connected to the biological signal acquisition and processin...

Abstract

The invention relates to a cardio-pulmonary resuscitation method for cardiac arrest caused by a poisonous dose of a long-acting amide-type local anesthetic, specifically to application of levosimendan in preparation of a drug for cardio-pulmonary resuscitation after cardiac arrest caused by poisoning of the long-acting amide-type local anesthetic and a cardio-pulmonary resuscitation therapy. Through application of levosimendan in preparation of the drug for cardio-pulmonary resuscitation after cardiac arrest caused by poisoning of the long-acting amide-type local anesthetic and the cardio-pulmonary resuscitation therapy provided by the invention, a cardio-pulmonary resuscitation effect on cardiac arrest caused by clinical anaesthesia of the long-acting amide-type local anesthetic is substantially improved, and the problems of rapid exacerbation of blood-oxygen exchange in the lung and generation of the side effects of severe pneumorrhagia and acidosis in conventional treatment of bupivacaine clinical anaesthesia-induced cardiac arrest by using the scheme of combined usage of a lipid emulsion and epinephrine are overcome; moreover, the cardio-pulmonary resuscitation therapy employs combination of the lipid emulsion and levosimendan, and the incidence rate of arrhythmia occurred after combined usage of the lipid emulsion and levosimendan is substantially lower than the incidence rate of arrhythmia occurred after combined usage of the lipid emulsion and epinephrine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cardiopulmonary resuscitation method for cardiac arrest caused by local anesthetic poisoning dose, in particular to the application of levosimendan as a cardiopulmonary resuscitation drug after cardiac arrest caused by long-acting amide local anesthetic poisoning and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation therapy. Background technique [0002] Bupivacaine is one of the most commonly used long-acting amide local anesthetics in clinical anesthesia at present. It has a long acting time and strong anesthesia effect. However, if it is injected in excess or enters a blood vessel by mistake, it will easily lead to severe cardiotoxicity. The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is low and the fatality rate is high. At present, a series of animal studies and clinical case reports that fat emulsion can effectively treat cardiotoxicity induced by bupivacaine. There are also clinical case reports of patients with severe cardiotoxicity ...
