The method specifically comprises the steps of adding modified low-shrinkage resin into the unsaturated polyester resin to obtain matrix resin; then sequentially adding the matrix resin and fumed silica and additives into a thixotropic kettle dispersing at high speed for dispersing at high speed until the fineness of the mixed material reaches 30mu m, thus obtaining the thixotropic resin.
