Embodiment Construction

[0016] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, so as to define the protection scope of the present invention more clearly.

[0017] as attached figure 1 As shown in the structural diagram of the present invention, a thermal diffusion composite material is composed of a graphite film 1 and a thermal insulation material 3 through a composite layer 2, and the thermal insulation material 3 is a compressible thermal insulation material.

[0018] The graphite film 1 is a natural graphite film or a synthetic graphite film. The thermal conductivity of the heat insulating material 3 is lower than 1 W / Mk. The heat insulation material 3 is one or more of foam, elastic heat insulation sheet, and heat insulation silica gel.

[0019] The composite layer 2 is a composite layer form...

Abstract

The invention provides a thermal diffusion composite material. The composite material is compounded of a graphite film and a heat insulation layer through a compounding layer, wherein the heat insulation material is a compressible heat insulation material. According to the thermal diffusion composite material, the graphite film and the heat insulation effectively are effectively compounded to form a novel composite heat insulation material. The size of the heat insulation material is reduced through compressibility of the heat insulation material; meanwhile, the heat insulation material has a relatively low heat conduction coefficient, so that buffer is provided for thermal transmission of a product. The thermal diffusion composite material has the advantage that the compressibility of a heat conduction material is effectively realized by material compounding. Moreover, the thermal diffusion composite material can be used for effectively lowering a hot-spot temperature by 2 DEG C-3 DEG C, and also can be used for a LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) screen to avoid water ripples.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of composite materials, in particular to a thermal diffusion composite material used for heat dissipation of electronic products. Background technique [0002] With the development of miniaturization and thinning of electronic products, and the continuous improvement of performance, the heat generation is getting higher and higher. If the heat accumulates for a long time, the performance of electronic products will be greatly reduced and the life span will be shortened. Especially these electronic devices, such as mobile phones, tablet computers, etc., are in direct contact with the human body during use, and may cause harm to the human body in severe cases. One of the more favorable ways at present is to use natural graphite film or synthetic graphite film, which can export heat quickly and evenly. However, due to the fact that the graphite film itself is difficult to compress, and its thermal conductivity in the ve...
