Problems solved by technology

[0004] In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have done relevant research on the non-destructive detection of peach fruit chilling injury, such as reflection spectrum detection of nectarine chilling injury [Lurie S, Vanoli M, Dagar A, et al. Chilling injury in stored nectarine and its detection by time-resolved reflectance spectroscopy[J].Postharvest Biology and Technology, 2011,59:211-218.], Chlorophyll fluorescence detection of chilling injury of peach [Wang Yunxiang, Yang Huqing, Zhou Cunshan, etc. using chlorophyll fluorescence to predict chilling injury of peach fruit[J].Horticulture Acta Sinica, 2008, 35(7): 945-950.], percussion response and near-infrared detection of peach flocculation [Ortiz C, Barreiro P, Correa E, et al.Non-destructive identification of woolly peaches using impact response and near -infrared spectroscopy[J].Journal of Agricultural Engineering Research, 2001, 78(3):281-289.], etc., but most of their research is aimed at the feature extraction and related prediction of peach fruit chilling damage in the late stage, and the detection accuracy is relatively It is low, and it cannot be monitored for early chilling damage, and its indication effect on actual production is weak

specific Embodiment approach

[0041] A device and method for detecting chilling injury of peach fruit based on reflection and semi-transmission hyperspectral images, taking juicy peaches as an example, the specific implementation is as follows:

[0042] 1. Test material

[0043] The experimental material is eight mature "Xiahui No. 5" peaches, which were collected in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences in August 2012. The fruits with similar color, no pests and diseases, and no mechanical damage were selected.

[0044] Among them, 225 were used for non-destructive experiments of hyperspectral property detection, put them into a refrigerated environment (5°C, RH ~ 90%), and stored them for 0 weeks, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks respectively. After being placed in shelf conditions (20°C, RH ~ 90%) for 3 days, hyperspectral reflectance and semi-transmission information were collected. The remaining fruits were stored in the same way as above, and 15 pieces were taken out each time. After 3 days ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for detecting cold damage of peach fruits based on reflection and semi-transmission hyperspectral images, belonging to the field of a non-destructive testing technology of quality of agricultural products. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring reflection and semi-transmission hyperspectral images of harvested peaches in different cold damage stages during low temperature storage through a hyperspectral imager, analyzing the difference between spectral values and images of peach fruits suffering from cold damage and normal peach fruits, extracting characteristic parameters of response, optimizing and determining a variable set of reflecting cold damage characteristics of the peach fruits, and establishing a mathematic model for judging the cold damage of the peach fruits based on a Fisher discrimination method, wherein the discrimination accuracies of the established detection models based on the reflection and semi-transmission hyperspectral images respectively reach 85.6 percent and 95.6 percent. The method is capable of accurately identifying the harvested peach fruits suffering from the cold damage instead of manual detection so that the loss of storage of the harvested fruits is reduced, and can be used for detection and monitoring in circulation, storage and marketing process of harvested fruits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device and method for non-destructive detection of post-harvest chilling damage of fruits based on hyperspectral technology, and belongs to the technical field of post-harvest quality detection and control of agricultural products. Background technique [0002] Peach is one of the fruits that are very popular among the people. my country has a wide range of peach cultivation areas and various varieties. In 2007, my country's annual peach production reached 16 million tons, ranking first in the world, accounting for 36% of the world's total fresh peach production, but exports accounted for less than 0.6% of the world's total export volume. One of the main reasons is that the post-harvest peach quality inspection and grading technology level is backward, which leads to the lack of international market competitiveness of my country's peach industry. Therefore, it is very important to research and develop peach postharvest quali...
