The dosage form of the sterilization composition provided by the invention is missible oil, suspending agents, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water, microemulsion, granules, and microcapsules. The sterilization composition provided by the invention is mainly used for preventing and curing powdery mildew, banded sclerotial blight, wilt, leaf spot disease, rust disease, stalk break, web blotch, leaf blotch, gray mold, black spot, tan disease and black shank of cereal crops, such as wheat, barley, rape, peanuts, rice, and legume crops.
