Embodiment 1

[0014] Weigh 100mg of pectin and 500mg of acrylamide and add it into 10mL of distilled water, heat to 50°C and stir to dissolve and mix well, continue to stir after cooling and add 10mg of cross-linking agent N,N-methylenebisacrylamide at a concentration of 2% (v / v) catalyst N, N, N', N'-tetramethyldiethylamine 50uL, after stirring evenly, add initiator potassium persulfate 5mg, stir for 20 minutes and put it into an oven at 60°C Or react in a water bath until completely gelled. The gel was taken out and evenly cut into pieces, washed with deionized water every 12 hours for three days to remove small molecules such as unreacted acrylamide, and vacuum-dried to constant weight.

Embodiment 2

[0016] Weigh 100mg of pectin and 500mg of acrylamide and add it into 10mL of distilled water, heat to 50°C and stir to dissolve and mix well, continue to stir after cooling and add 20mg of cross-linking agent N,N-methylenebisacrylamide at a concentration of 2% (v / v) catalyst N, N, N', N'-tetramethyldiethylamine 50uL, after stirring evenly, add initiator potassium persulfate 5mg, stir for 20 minutes and put it into an oven at 60°C Or react in a water bath until completely gelled. The gel was taken out and evenly cut into pieces, washed with deionized water every 12 hours for three days to remove small molecules such as unreacted acrylamide, and vacuum-dried to constant weight.

Embodiment 3

[0018] Weigh 100mg of pectin and 500mg of acrylamide and add it into 10mL of distilled water, heat to 50°C and stir to dissolve and mix well, continue to stir after cooling and add 30mg of cross-linking agent N,N-methylenebisacrylamide at a concentration of 2% (v / v) catalyst N, N, N', N'-tetramethyldiethylamine 50uL, after stirring evenly, add initiator potassium persulfate 5mg, stir for 20 minutes and put it into an oven at 60°C Or react in a water bath until completely gelled. The gel was taken out and evenly cut into pieces, washed with deionized water every 12 hours for three days to remove small molecules such as unreacted acrylamide, and vacuum-dried to constant weight.

Abstract

The invention discloses a pectin / acrylamide semi-interpenetrating hydrogel material. The material is composed of pectin, acrylamide and the chemical cross-linking agent N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide, wherein a mass ratio of pectin to acrylamide is 17-50: 83-50, and the mass of N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide is 1.7 to 6.7% of the total mass of monomers. A preparation method for the material comprises the following steps: mixing and dissolving pectin, acrylamide and N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide; and allowing acrylamide to undergo crosslinking and copolymerization under the action of N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl diethylamine and potassium persulfate so as to form a pectin / acrylamide semi-interpenetrating hydrogel. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, convenience in industrial popularization and application, etc. The pectin / acrylamide semi-interpenetrating hydrogel has the advantages of good biosecurity, degradability, good mechanical strength, a high swelling rate, pH-sensitivity and capacity of adsorbing harmful chemical substances like dye and metal ions, so the pectin / acrylamide semi-interpenetrating hydrogel can be used for adsorption separation of chemical substances and sewage treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedical polymer materials, in particular to a pectin / acrylamide semi-interpenetrating polymer hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Hydrogel is a multi-component system composed of a three-dimensional network of polymers and water. Many parts of the biological body in nature (such as the muscles, blood vessels, eyeballs and other organs of the human body) are made of hydrogel. Natural polymer hydrogels have great application potential in the field of biomedicine because their structural properties are very similar to those in living organisms. However, in the application process, hydrogels also have the following disadvantages: ① poor mechanical properties; ② low response speed; ③ single-component hydrogels have single properties and are difficult to cope with complex application conditions. In order to solve the above problems, hydrogels with interpenetrating network structu...
