The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing natural fibers, polyester fibers and low-melting-point fibers to obtain mixed cotton; lapping, laminating and needling the mixed cotton to obtain a mixed felt; and hotly pressing and trimming the mixed felt to obtain the preformed main heel toe cap.
