Abstract

The invention relates to a nanometer self-assembly thermal insulation agricultural film which comprises a transparent base film and a transparent resin layer. The resin layer contains nanometer thermal insulation materials, wherein the separation rate of infrared rays with the wavelength of 780 nm-2400 nm is over 70%, the separation rate of ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 380 nm is 25-50%, and the transmittance rate of visible light is over 80%. The nanometer self-assembly thermal insulation agricultural film has a high visible light transmittance rate, a high infrared ray separation rate and an appropriate ultraviolet ray transmittance rate. The requirements of crops for optimum growth conditions including a spectrum and the temperature are met. Reasonable technical indexes are found out for the ultraviolet rays and the visible light, and meanwhile, the weather ability of the base film, namely the service life of the base film is taken into consideration. The heat release rate in a greenhouse is lowered in the mode that a separation layer is formed on a film material. Therefore, a heat retaining function is achieved.
